USEA-ATMI and FASTECH join forces, form new JV Company


Analog Test and Measurement Inc. (ATMI) and Fastech Advanced Assembly (Fastech) announced the recent formation of a joint venture company to provide clients with more extensive solutions to their manufacturing and technology needs, encompassing precision machining, assembly, packaging, test, and test development.

The joint venture will operate under the name USEA Firstec, and will have its corporate headquarters in Silicon Valley, San Jose, CA. The Fastech Manufacturing Complex at the Light Industry and Science Park in the Philippines will house its production lines. USEA Firstec’s expertise will be in Semiconductor Power electronics, RF and Microwave modules, Analog and Mixed signal testing, Test Data Crunching/Analysis, and MOSFET Characterization.

“The synergy between Fastech Advanced Assembly and USEA-ATMI is a compelling story of test and assembly services for power (Si, SiC and GaN) semiconductor market. USEA-ATMI and Fastech offer unique technology exclusive to both parties to better serve their customers,” said USEA Firstec Chairman Fred Kinder.
